Free Agent Registration
Registration for individual free agent players.
New Team Registration
Registration for new teams that have never played in an Ace 5on5 league.
Returning Team Registration
Registration for teams that have previously played in an Ace 5on5 league.
High School Registration
Register a team in our Spring or Fall High School Leagues. Unfortunately, we do not accept individual registration from high school players.
Participating High School teams are required to complete the Team Liability & Roster Form with parental signatures. Be sure to submit an Under 18 Waiver Release Form for each player under the age of 18.
Player Feedback
Players can submit their suggestions and ideas of any sort as to how we can improve our league. We value your opinion and you will be contacted about your concerns.
Referral Incentives
Ace 5on5 appreciates your referrals of new players and teams.
