Registration Agreement

I understand as a Free Agent:

1. A $50.00 deposit is required to secure my spot if I am drafted by a team.

2. The deposit is non-refundalbe unless I am not placed on a team.

3. Failure to attend (without notice) the Free Agent Draft or my first scheduled game without payment of the balance will forfeit my deposit.

I agree to these policies and I am ready to play!
