Registration Agreement

As the Team Captain, I am responsible for reviewing the rules prior to the start of each season to ensure that I am updated on any changes.

KEY RULES (COMMONLY MISUNDERSTOOD)

Illegal Uniforms: $5.00 Penalty Fee
Profanity: Zero Tolerance
Eligibility: A players must play "X" amount of games to qualify for playoffs.
Technical Fouls: Player must sit out 3 game minutes.
Jewelry: Not allowed, including tape/bandana’s/visible body piercing(s).
Ejections: The Team Captain is subject to suspension if a player is ejected.
Age Limit: Participants must be 18 yrs of age or sign a special "underage waiver".
