Barter Program Application
There is an initial one time set-up cost of (1) game fee to cover the expense of managing your account. This fee is deducted at the end of your program cycle.
Camp registration fees or the PRT Program require a $50.00 non-refundable "promise to participate" deposit. A deposit may or may not be required to barter for uniforms, products, or other services.
Withdrawals, cancellations, or schedule changes are subject to various penalty fees.
Bartering is not "free" money. The goods and services being bartered do need to be valued and declared on your income tax. The fair market value of goods and services exchanged must be included in the income of both parties. Income from bartering is taxable in the year in which you receive the goods or services.
We do not run credit checks for this program however Ace 5on5 reserves the right to decline to conduct business with any applicant.
