Afternoon Leagues: Working Official is not entitled to receive the $10 fine. The late fee should be returned to the schools general or athletic fund.
Tournaments & Adult Leagues: Working Official is entitled to receive the $10 or 1/2 game fee maximum.
What to do when a check is pre-cut?
In this case, the late official should exchange his/her $10 penalty for the pre-cut check. lf the official cannot provide correct change (minus the penalty), the coach is authorized to hold the check and mail it at a later date minus the late fees.
