About PRT
PRT is a spin off from our baskateball officiating camps, which focus on training large groups of referees. It is an "off-season" program specializing in the training & development of individual or smaller groups in a personalized enviornment.
Who Should Attend?
PRT is primarily suited for newer officials of about 5 years +/ of experience. We also accept sudent athletes, ex-players & coaches, and father-son tandems with little to no experience.
Where and when is the program held?
Meetings are held in Long Beach and Orange County during designated months. We typically do not run the program during CIF instructional and seasonal periods.
Personalized Training
The program affords us the time and patience to personalize your learning experience by identifying your officiating skill level and learning curve. We then focus on promoting good officiating habits and building confidence based on your experience as it stands today.
Workshops
Customized workshops feature concepts that go beyond the scope of manuals and rulebooks. Unlike a fast-paced referee camp, instruction is taught in weekly sessions allowing you to digest information at a comfortable pace.
